Indian Railways Expands High-Speed Network with New Bullet Train Corridor

Indian Railways has unveiled plans for a second bullet train corridor connecting Delhi and Ahmedabad, following the success of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad high-speed rail project. The $12 billion project, announced in July 2025, aims to reduce travel time between the two cities to under three hours, boosting connectivity and economic activity in northern India.
