One small-cap stock is gearing up to steal attention on Monday — and it’s a name many long-term investors will recognize. Integrated Industries Ltd., the company that transformed a ₹10,000 investment into nearly ₹52 lakh over five years, is once again making headlines. After delivering a staggering 51,800% return since 2020, the multibagger has now scheduled a fresh board meeting to advance its strategic fund-raising plans.
Integrated Industries announced that its Board of Directors meeting, initially planned for 28 November, has been rescheduled to 5 December 2025. The agenda remains unchanged: evaluating fund-raising options, including issuing new equity shares or warrants convertible into equity. These plans fall under the permissible modes allowed by SEBI, and the company reiterated its compliance with Section 29(2) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations in communicating the shift in dates.
With fund-raising on the table, the company has maintained a closed trading window, which will reopen 48 hours after the outcome of the board meeting is disclosed. This step aligns with SEBI’s Prevention of Insider Trading guidelines and signals that material decisions may be forthcoming.
Despite the buzz, the stock showed mild pressure on Friday, slipping 3.24% to close at ₹25.96 — the same day the postponement was announced. Over the past year, the scrip has seen a 34% decline, but its long-term trajectory remains unmatched. From ₹0.05 in November 2020 to current levels, the stock’s rise is nothing short of extraordinary. Integrated Industries, with a market cap of ₹604.45 crore, operates in the food manufacturing space, producing bakery items and processed foods for the Indian market.
With a crucial board meeting now just days away, investors — especially those tracking small caps — will be watching closely to see whether the multibagger’s next chapter begins with a fresh wave of expansion fuelled by new capital.
